Card, UPI and netbanking payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited on their PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Your full card numbers, UPI PINs and banking credentials go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store them. We receive only payment status, order ID and amount. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to data you share on their checkout.
To operate your journal, authenticate you, process subscriptions, send transactional emails (receipts, security notices) and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data, show ads, or share journal contents with any third party.
We use local browser storage for your login session token. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Journal and account data is kept while your account is active. You can export everything anytime (Dashboard → Export CSV). To delete your account and all associated data, email help@vanij.co.in — we action deletion requests within 30 days, subject to records we must keep for tax/legal compliance (e.g. GST invoices).
Passwords hashed with bcrypt, sessions via signed JWTs, encrypted HTTPS transport, and rate-limited auth endpoints. No system is perfect — report suspected issues to help@vanij.co.in.
